"Ministering Healing To The Hurting"

Co-Pastor Tina Daniel, a native of Sidney, Ohio was born on December 31st to Larry and Sandra Pence.  Tina gave her life Christ in February of 1992, and having strong Christian roots, she learned to rely on God in times of trouble.

Sister Tina, excited about her new found walk with Christ immediately became active in her church, the House of Prayer; Mt. Zion Holy Union Church of God, under the leadership of Elder Claude Johnson.

 

On August 22, 1992, Tina Pence was united in Holy Matrimony to the love of her life, Howard Daniel, also of Sidney Ohio. Shortly after the newlyweds and son relocated to Vernon, CT.

In a Tent Crusade, July of 2000, Sister Tina renewed her covenant with God and was baptized in Jesus name on that very night by her husband, Elder Howard Daniel.  She joined the Anointed Tabernacle of Jesus Christ under the leadership of Pastor Lamar Belcher and began to work tirelessly in the ministry, side by side with her husband.

The Daniel’s shared a passion for strengthening marriages, having overcome relationship roadblocks of their own. God was gracious and taught them through their personal struggle there was victory for those willing to war. They became instructors for “Two Becoming One” a ministry class designed to reunite marriages and families.  They shared their personal testimony of a marriage that at its worst, ended in divorce.  But GOD renewed their love, reunited their relationship, and through the power of forgiveness, taught them that sometimes, the end is really the beginning.

 

While faithfully serving under Pastor Belcher for the next 12 years, Sister Daniel was elevated to the office of Evangelist. On January 2, 2011, Evangelist Tina Daniel joined her husband and co-founded the Upper Room Christian Center.  Evangelist Daniel rolled up her sleeves and got busy organizing and working the vision God had given her husband.  In addition to preaching and teaching, she planned events, cared for members including cooking and cleaning babysitting and in fact anything her hands found to do she did it with all her might, without complaint. 

 

Since the start of the Upper Room Christian Center, Co-pastor has allowed God to show Himself mighty through, miracles, wonders, healings, and the saving of souls. God has continued to increase her in wisdom and strength and added to the Church. While her passion for marriages continues, God has added her love for souls, her humble testimony of the transformation power of God, and has blessed her to preach and teach God’s Love.  Co-Pastor believes God will do just what HE promised. She reminds us all, “there is nothing you have done that God won’t forgive. Trust Him, He will deliver you every time!”
